The MIFAB C1100-R is an adjustable floor cleanout with a 5-in. round cast iron top and lacquered cast iron body. It is used in finished floors to provide emergency access to the plumbing lines for removal of blockages. Replacement of the surface level cover/plug with the neoprene gasket glued to the underside provides visual evidence that the cleanout has been properly resealed to prevent harmful sewer gases from entering the building.
The MIFAB C1100-R includes:
- An anchor flange.
- A secondary ‘O’ ring test seal.
- A 4-in. diameter cleanout opening with a scoriated combined cover and plug top assembly.
- Stainless steel vandal proof allen key screws.
- A primary gasket seal.
